<p>In Toddler Yoga we will sing and play our way through class. Caregivers will model poses and movements, encouraging and supporting their children wherever they are. For mobile babies and toddlers, ages crawling through 36 months.</p>

<p>Prerequisite skills include: 1) swimming 150 yds; tread for 2 minutes with only legs; swim 50 yds; 2) Swim 20 yds; retrieve 10 lb wt from 7-10 ft, return to surface on back holding weight, face at surface, exit without ladder or steps.<br />
