In commemoration of October 7th, the JCC presents this acclaimed documentary following ten young Israeli survivors as they travel from Israel to Los Angeles to attend the legendary Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp. The screening is followed by a discussion with film producer and camp founder David Fishof.

This fall’s commemorative events are presented as part of the JCC’s Jewish Peoplehood Initiative.

Jewish peoplehood is the sense of collective identity, belonging, and shared destiny among Jews worldwide, regardless of their level of religious observance, nationality, or cultural background. It emphasizes the idea that Jews are connected not only by religion but also by history, culture, language, values, and a sense of mutual responsibility.

Together, we will celebrate, learn, honor, reflect, and reenergize ​by exploring the many dimensions of Jewish peoplehood.
