With the numerous, convenient amenities and trainers, you are guaranteed a safe, welcoming, and empowering experience. Your trainer will create a customized workout program designed to meet your unique physical needs.

First Time Training 
As a new client you get your first 3 one-hour sessions for $120 or your first 3 half-hour sessions for $90. Limit one per client.

Youth & Teens (ages 16 & under)
3 one-hour sessions for $135 or 3 half-hour sessions for $100. May purchase unlimited.
