One-On-One training
Choose personal training as a way to get started with an exercise routine, to help you achieve ambitious fitness goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level, or simply because you work hard and you want the best! With the numerous, convenient amenities and trainers, you are guaranteed a safe, welcoming, and empowering experience. Your trainer will create a customized workout program designed to meet your unique physical needs.
First Time Training
As a new client you get your first 3 one-hour sessions for $120 or your first 3 half-hour sessions for $90. Limit one per client.
Youth & Teens (ages 16 & under)
3 one-hour sessions for $135 or 3 half-hour sessions for $100. May purchase unlimited.
