What do you like the most about working at the J?
Community. 5 years ago when I started working at the J, I could never imagine how much this organization means to the surrounding community. I am still truly in awe when I hear stories from our members and even our staff about what the J means to them and what the J has done for them.

What was your prior work experience?
B.S. Exercise Science from Salisbury University
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2005 (NSCA-CSCS)
Almost 20 years a coach and trainer
15 years in gym and fitness facilities operations

What special skills are you most proud of OR What do you love to do in your free time?
Strength Train
Run (up to half marathon distance)
Golf
Do fun things with my family

What is something interesting about your family (pets included)?
Wife – Megan (married 8 years)
Kids – Emmy (5), Graham (3), Hadley (1)
Pets – Beagle named Harper (7)
