Park Heights Programs
With Baltimore Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
This course provides a safe and supportive environment that will teach you fundamental knowledge of jiu-jitsu and how to defend yourself. Content includes a mix of standing and ground techniques, positional controls, and movement drills.
Learn the basics of kickboxing in a supportive, high-energy environment. Focusing on proper technique, footwork, striking combinations, and conditioning drills while building strength, endurance, and confidence through structured, progressive training.
Children learn a self defense system including Kenpo, Krav Maga, and MMA, developing confidence, discipline, and a healthy spirit while helping them succeed.
