From Cardiovascular to Strength Training to Mind & Body, we have it all for the best workout.

    For in-person classes, reservations are required to ensure ample space for each participant. Masks may be required. Please review our schedules and policies before attending. 

    Please note, registration opens on Sundays prior to following Monday thru Sunday schedule.

    Indoor Classes 

    Owings Mills 
    Classes are held in our CSA, Group Fitness Studio and Cycling Studio. 

    Park Heights  
    Classes are held in our Group Fitness Studio, NRG Studio, Studio One and Cycling Studio.  

    Outdoor Classes 

    Outdoor group fitness classes are available May thru October.  Classes will move indoors during inclement weather.

    Owings Mills 
    Classes are held under the tent in our new Bearman Outdoor Wellness Studio located on tennis court #4.

    Park Heights 
    Classes are held Monday-Thursday evenings on our rooftop court. (Seasonal offering)

    Virtual Classes 

    Live-streamed and pre-recorded virtual classes are available exclusively to members on our password protected portal. No reservations required!
