Covid-19 - Group Fitness Update
We are pleased to offer numerous Group Fitness classes each day during these challenging times.
Our Virtual Classes are free to the community and are fed through our website however pre-registration is required. Once recorded. these classes become available through our video archive at jcc.org/virtual-j-group-fitness-classes.
Please note, by late December 2020, these live and archived classes will be accessible to members only through an online portal. If you are interested in accessing and are not currently a member please contact our Member and Guest Services Team.
Our in-person classes are available to Members only. To participate all members must preregister at jcc.org/group-fitness-schedule.
JCC MASK POLICY- PLEASE READ
Masks must cover your nostrils and your mouth and must be worn indoors at all times on our campus, including during group fitness classes. Learn more at jcc.org/maskpolicy
Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC
During the winter months we are offering indoor classes in our group fitness studio and our large multi-purpose gymnasium.
Check-in for all classes is at our main entrance. Once you have completed your medical and reservation check-in and member sign-in you will recieve a wrist band.
Weinberg Park Heights JCC
Due to new Baltimore City COVID-19 restrictions that went into effect on December 11 at 5:00pm, we have had to suspend our Group Fitness classes in Park Heights. We encourage members to participate in our classes at the Rosenboom Owings Mills JCC which inlcude several new womens-only classes.

Group Fitness
When you join the JCC, you will receive two complimentary Welcome Workout sessions to familiarize you with our amenities and make sure you are comfortable with your fitness goals. Then we set you free to explore a world of group fitness classes and workout options.
The J’s trained and certified group fitness instructors are experts in creating an experience that will encourage you to kick it up a notch, all while keeping a smile on your face. The group classes offer a social, supportive and motivational atmosphere, no matter your fitness level or experience.
Group fitness classes at the J focus on everything from Cardiovascular to Strength Training to Mind & Body, so your heart, abs, and chi will be thanking you soon enough.
