<p>Get your postpartum mind and body as strong as ever with personal trainer and mom of three, Jamie Bandelin. This 45 minute class will combine cardio and strength training, with a focus on postpartum safety during exercise.</p>
<p>Led by Coach Ilan Vaiman, these classes includes arts of Kenpo, Krav Maga, and MMA. Kids earn stripes and belts as they increase in skill levels. They will develop confidence, discipline, and a healthy spirit, empowered with life skills while having fun.</p>
