Judy Jacobson serves as Chief of Staff at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore, where she partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to advance the organization’s strategic priorities, strengthen operational effectiveness, and support Board governance, fundraising and cross-functional initiatives.

With more than 40 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Judy has held executive positions at the local, national, and international levels, specializing in healthcare and Jewish communal organizations. Prior to joining the JCC, she served as Executive Director of Hadassah Greater Baltimore and held executive leadership roles with several prominent health organizations, leading strategic initiatives, organizational growth, fundraising, governance, and community engagement. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
