Brian Hauer is Chief Experience Officer at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore, where he leads the Center for Sports and Wellness and serves on the executive leadership team. He oversees initiatives that enhance the member experience, strengthen community engagement, and drive strategic growth. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit and commercial wellness organizations, Brian previously served as Executive Director of Operations for the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington’s Bethesda branch. His career also includes leadership roles with Nava Health, the Y of Central Maryland, 24 Hour Fitness, and Gold’s Gym. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from East Carolina University.
