What do you like the most about working at the J?
I love making an impact in the lives of teens and helping them discover who they are and what they care about. I also appreciate working on such a collaborative and supportive team.

What was your prior work experience?
Before serving as 4Front’s Senior Director, I spent 4 years as 4Front’s Director of Innovation. Before coming here, I worked in Washington, DC for Authentic Israel coordinating Israel Outdoors Birthright trips.

What special skills are you most proud of OR What do you love to do in your free time?
I enjoy being outdoors – hiking, kayaking, and being in nature. I love to curl up with a good book and a cup of tea.

What is something interesting about your family (pets included)?
I live with my husband, Ryan and our daughter, Laine. Our dog, Leo was a rescue from Kuwait. We live in Locust Point in Baltimore City.
