In Owings Mills this equipment is spread out over 8500 square feet.
In Park Heights we provide a 4500 square foot main fitness floor along with our separate Fitness Too room, which offers alternating Male/Female-only hours to accommodate members who prefer more privacy.

Complimentary Workouts/Training Sessions
We offer all new members two complimentary Welcome Workout sessions with one of our fitness professionals. These sessions are designed to make your transition to the J as smooth (and welcoming!) as possible. In addition to identifying your goals, our team will familiarize you with our fitness center equipment and programs. Weinberg Park Heights JCC
Get a full-body workout in under 36 minutes! A JCC Fitness professional will guide you in our Fitness Too Room as you complete a circuit, combining selectorized equipment and active-rest exercises
Prior to accessing the Fitness Center, youth and teens, ages 9-14, must first participate in our free orientation trainings. Ages 15+ have full access.
