Meet Geoffrey Campbell
Senior Director of Information Management Systems
Rosenbloom Owings Mills J

Join us as we give a warm welcome to Geoffrey Campbell, as the JCC’s first Senior Director of Information Management Systems. Geoff is a data-driven techie who is also down-to-earth. Helping people is at the core of what he does–so working for the JCC is the perfect fit for him. Read more about his interests and the new projects he will be working on in the year ahead.

Q: Why are you excited to be at the JCC?
A: I am super excited to work with the great people here and improve all of the technology systems. I am also a big believer that sports, recreation, camps, etc. have a major positive impact on people’s lives.

Q: What is your role and what is it like day-to-day?
A: The JCC is currently in the process of moving to a new CRM called Traction Rec which runs on the Salesforce platform. I came onto the team to help lead that process out and continue to develop and manage the new Salesforce CRM system moving forward. Ultimately, I love working with data and am hoping to help bring the JCC’s data to life so we can make good decisions for serving the community moving forward.

Q: What are some of your past experiences?
A: I have worked in an international non-profit that helped people start businesses in order to get out of poverty. Most recently, I worked for a SAAS (software as a service) startup as a sales and marketing operations specialist. At both organizations, I was their Salesforce Administrator and helped improve processes and gather and present data in order to make data-driven decisions.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: I love sports, both playing and watching them. I have played soccer my whole life and also like to run, but really love to play just about any sport. I also love to do a lot of home improvement projects with my wife. Currently, we are in the process of finishing our basement.

Q: Do you have a favorite quote/words to live by?
A: “Life is to be enjoyed, not endured” — Gordon B. Hinckley
