Ms. Winans has been praised nationally and internationally for her amazing talent. This concert is for everyone! Join the legendary Ms. Winans in this celebration of gospel music – the soul of American music. With opening act featuring Isaac Parham, Ebban Dorsey, and Ephraim Dorsey. Reverend Tim Tooten, former WBAL Education Reporter, will be Master of Ceremonies.
