Our roomy, clean, and inviting fitness center facilities provide a great variety of top line cardio and strength training equipment from companies like Cybex, LifeFitness, Hammer Strength and more. 

Owings Mills Fitness Center 
In Owings Mills this equipment is spread out over 8500 square feet.

Park Heights Fitness Center 
In Park Heights we provide a 4500 square foot main fitness floor along with our separate  Fitness Too  room, which offers alternating Male/Female-only hours to accommodate members who prefer more privacy.

Welcome Workout  
We offer all new members two complimentary  Welcome Workout  sessions with one of our fitness professionals. These sessions are designed to make your transition to the J as smooth (and welcoming!) as possible. In addition to identifying your goals, our team will familiarize you with our fitness center equipment and programs.  Please fill out this  simple form  and someone will reach out to you to schedule your sessions or you can call our Fitness Center to set them up sooner at 410.559.3540 (OM) or  410.500.5923 (PH). 

Double Chai Interval Circuit (ChIC)  
Weinberg Park Heights JCC  
Get a full-body workout in under 36 minutes!  A JCC Fitness professional will guide you in our Fitness Too Room as you complete a circuit, combining  selectorized  equipment and active-rest exercises.

Youth/Teen Access
Prior to accessing the Fitness Center, youth and teens, ages 9-14, must first participate in our free orientation trainings. Ages 15+ have full access.

Fitness Floor Ready - Ages 9-11
One hour training session

  • Provides access to cardio equipment only
  • Parent/guardian supervision required

Jr. Weight Training - Ages 12-14
3 - One hour training sessions

  • Provides access to cardio, selectorized and plate loaded equipment, medical balls and bands, pull ups, chin ups, plyo boxes
  • No parent/guardian supervision required

Supervised Usage of Free Weight Area - Ages 13-14
Must complete Jr. Weight Training first

  • Parent/guardian supervision required
