Two Great Fitness Centers
Our roomy, clean, and inviting fitness center facilities provide a great variety of top line cardio and strength training equipment from companies like Cybex, LifeFitness, Hammer Strength and more.
Owings Mills Fitness Center
In Owings Mills this equipment is spread out over 8500 square feet.
Park Heights Fitness Center
In Park Heights we provide a 4500 square foot main fitness floor along with our separate Fitness Too room, which offers alternating Male/Female-only hours to accommodate members who prefer more privacy.

FREE Fitness Centers Trainings
Welcome Workout
We offer all members two complimentary Welcome Workout sessions with our certified personal trainers. These sessions are designed to make your transition to the J as smooth (and welcoming!) as possible. In addition to identifying your goals, our team will familiarize you with our fitness center equipment and programs. Youth & Teen Workouts
You must be 16 years old to work out in the JCC Fitness Centers, however, teens ages 12-15 can gain access to the Fitness Centers once they've completed the Jr. Weight Training course.
Youth ages 9-11 can utilize the cardio equipment in the fitness center under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian once they have completed a special one-hour Fitness Floor Ready session together first.
Double Chai Interval Circuit (ChIC)
Weinberg Park Heights JCC
Get a full-body workout in under 36 minutes! A JCC Fitness professional will guide you in our Fitness Too Room as you complete a circuit, combining selectorized equipment and active-rest exercises.
