Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is perfect for resistance training in the water — for toning, strengthening, and an exhilarating cardiovascular workout. For beginning exercisers to seasoned athletes, for every age and fitness level, water aerobics are low impact, easy on the joints, and fun! For those adults who suffer from joint pain and are looking for a class that focuses on increasing their strength and flexibility we also offer Arthritis Foundation classes.

COVID-19 Schedule Updates
Starting November 2, 2020 we will be offering Water Aerobics Classes twice a week in both buildings and Arthritis Foundation Classes twice a week in Owings Mills. These classes are open to all members ages 18+ for free, however, reservations are required. Check out our Indoor Pool schedules for details and registration at jcc.org/schedules.
