JCC Member Updates


Effective June 1, 2026, we will be implementing a 4% increase in membership dues as well as a slight increase in our credit card surcharge to 3.5%. You can opt to pay by direct withdrawal from your bank account (ACH), or debit card, to avoid this surcharge – see below for details. If these rates pose a hardship for you for any reason, we encourage you to seek financial support through our JCC Scholarship Assistance program.

REMINDERS

Youth Guest Policy
Members must be 16+ to bring a guest. No guests under age 16 will be allowed at the JCC without a parent or guardian by their side during their visit.

New Credit or Debit Card?
Remember to update your new credit or debit card information on your account to alleviate any issue at the welcome desk when you, or your family members scan in.

Declined Payment Policy
If an outstanding balance remains on your account after the 15th of the month, all members included in your membership will be blocked from using the facility until the balance is paid full. Once your outstanding balance is 2 months past due, your membership will automatically be canceled on the 16th of the month, with a delinquent balance remaining on your account until it is paid.

Credit Card Surcharge

Effective June 1, 2026, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to all JCC credit card transactions.

To avoid these fees, we recommend switching your payments to direct withdrawal (ACH) or debit card. See below:

Switching Payment Plans

  • To change payment information, the primary contact on the membership needs to log into their J account.
    1. Go to LOGIN to access your J account.
    2. Once your account page is open, click on “MY FINANCIALS” in the middle bar. This page will show your payment methods on file.
    3. Next, click the pencil icon under “ACTIONS” on the far right.
    4. In pop-up box, click on “An Existing Stored Account” to replace your credit card with your checking account or debit card information.

Youth & Guest Policy Changes

Youth Guest Policy – Effective May 1, 2025

  • Members must be age 16+ to bring a guest and must remain with their guest(s) the entire visit.
  • Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed without a member, age 18 or older, present for the entire visit.
  • All guests 16+ need to provide a legal ID and all guests 12+ must go through JCC security protocol.
  • A maximum of 2 guests per day is allowed.
  • Guests are not permitted on July 4th.
  • New Guest Pass pricing is now as follows:
    – Under age 3 | Free
    – Ages 3-11 | $10
    – Ages 12 and up | $20
    – Family | $40

Youth Membership
Ages 12-18 – effective May 1, 2025

Youth Building Access
Members must be at least 12 years old to be in our buildings without supervision. This includes youth on a family membership or youth with their own membership.
