Meet Desharn Fowlkes: Finance Associate

Join us as we give a warm welcome to Desharn Fowlkes, the J Finance team’s new Finance Associate. Before joining the JCC, Desharn was a Payroll Analyst with Laureate Education, Inc. where he spent 3 years of his professional career. Fun Fact: Desharn has a Criminal Justice, Homeland Security degree.

Q: Why are you excited to be at the JCC?
A: I am excited to work with a great group of people.

Q: What led you to this career path and more specifically, the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore?
A: I have a background in finance.

Q: What is your favorite aspect about this role or finance in general?
A: Working with great people.

Q: What are some of your hobbies?
A: I like to watch movies.
