Please review our FAQs, Code of Conduct, and Schedules before coming to the pool. Please note that hours and procedures may change.

Each building is home to a 25-yard indoor lap pool with environmentally advanced filtering technology, which means less chlorine to dry out your skin and hair. This coupled with our new UV disinfection system means cleaner, fresher water for everyone.

If safety is a concern, you can rest assured that you are in great hands with our highly-trained and experienced lifeguard staff.

The Owings Mills pool has six lanes and the Park Heights pool has four lanes. The lane formation changes at different times of day to accommodate everything from lap swimming, to family swim, to swim lessons, aquatics classes, and swim team activities.

Planning your next swim? Remember that our indoor pools open when the JCC opens. They close 30 minutes prior to when the JCC closes.

The swimming is wonderful, but the J is so much more than swimming. It feels like a true community center.
