While most of our yoga classes are included as part of our group fitness class schedule, you can also learn proper yoga postures and alignment in a safe and supportive environment from highly-trained and certified yoga instructors. Your sessions will be specific to your needs (e.g. beginner, pre and post-natal, yoga for athletes, chair yoga, etc.)

New to Yoga?
As a new yoga student, you may be intimidated by the public class environment. This package allows an instructor to focus on you and make sure you’re off to a great start! Our private Introductory Yoga package is for you!

Therapeutic Yoga
This type of yoga will help open your entire body from your feet to your head. You will work on your flexibility, stability, and strength with the use of props and modifications. You will work on basic alignment, breathing, meditation, and relaxation using props. This is appropriate for anyone – including those with injuries, arthritis, or other limitations – looking to improve joint stability and flexibility, hoping to reduce pain, promote healing, and prevent the reoccurrence of injuries. No yoga experience required.
