We welcome staff and participants from diverse backgrounds and actively strive to provide an open and welcoming setting. Our leadership team applauds team effort in a supportive and collaborative environment in which everyone is treated with appreciation and respect.

Flexible working hours

Shifts are available Monday-Friday between 5:30am and 9:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday between 7:00am-7:00pm.

Benefits

  • JCC will cover 50% of the cost of your onsite certification training if you commit to working 8+ hours per week for 3+ months
  • As a JCC Lifeguard you get free access to JCC fitness facilities (gyms, fitness center, group fitness classes, pools, etc.)
  • Salary Range: Post high school diploma or GED start above $16/hour; High school students earn at least $15/hr. Referral bonuses are also available.

Work For the Summer or Year-Round

  • Memorial Day-Labor Day – Shapiro Aquatics Park – Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC
  • Year-Round – Indoor Pool – Weinberg Park Heights JCC
  • Year-Round – Indoor Pool – Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC
