J Parent

J Parent is a nice way to spend an evening with friends and learn about Judaism – culture, religion, traditions, and values. It’s been so enjoyable!

Having these events has given me the opportunity to meet other Jewish parents and create community.

I didn’t expect the Torah portion piece, but the Rabbi did a nice job weaving it in. I really appreciate the language for people who aren’t Jewish but raising Jewish children.

Just an overall great time getting to spend time with parents.

I felt very welcome and had an enjoyable, thoughtful, and interesting night out.

It’s really nice to have the opportunity and space to connect with other Jewish parents.

These events are a great combination of educational and social. It’s a fun night out with parents in the same boat as me.

I love getting a chance to invest in ourselves as parents and spend time collecting wisdom from other parents in similar situations. It’s very hard to build community as a parent with young children, and I really appreciated that this program gives me such a wonderful community.

We’ve loved going to the J Parent events. It’s been a great way to make and connect with friends and learn about how to bring Jewish rituals and practices into our home (in a very manageable way!) The welcoming atmosphere and community keep us coming back!
