Food for Thought: Staying Sharp as We Age
With Dana Mealing, RDN, LDN, CIEC, Tevis Center for Wellness, Carroll Hospital and Chef Tia, The American Heart Association
Consuming a balanced, nutritious diet is important for maintaining health, especially as we age. Please join us for an informative and fun night as we learn about what foods are best for cognitive health. Chef Tia will create a heart/brain healthy dish that’s quick to prepare and good for the whole family! Attendees will create their own make and eat/take dish!
Also, all attendees will be eligible to win tickets for an upcoming Hippodrome show.
