This App is a Member Benefit

Access will be granted to you if you are a current member in good standing. If you need to re-activate your membership, please email member_services@jcc.org. Please allow a few days for re-activation.

Follow these steps to set up your account

  1. Enter the email you use associated with your JCC membership. If you don’t have one, please visit our My Account page to set one up.  
  2. PLEASE NOTE: You may not be be able to set up your password after you enter your email until you have entered the 6-digit pin which will automatically be sent to the mail you entered.  If you do not see an email message from the JCC within a minute or so, check your junk/spam folder.
  3. Enter in the pin number you received and follow the prompts to create your password (it can be the same as your JCC member My Account log in).
  4. You will need that same login to make reservations when accessing group fitness classes online.
  5. If you are getting this message “We could not find this user in our system” please fill out this My Account Support Form and our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Sign-Up for a Group Fitness Class


  1. Choose your preferred location (Owings Mills or Park Heights) 
  2. View the upcoming classes and tap Reserve to choose the class(es) you want to attend. 
  3. After making your reservation a confirmation pop up will appear with the option to “add to calendar”, click on that to add a class to your personal calendar.

Reservation Policy Reminders:

  • You can reserve up to 3 classes per visit. 
  • If the reservation time shows “all spots reserved,” this means there are no available time slots for that day. You can get your name on a wait list and you will be emailed if an opening is available. 
  • Please help us keep our classes to a safe capacity and do not show up to a fully booked class. 
  • Can’t make it to your class and need to cancel?  You have up to one hour prior to the start time to cancel.  Select “My Reservations” on the bottom of your screen and select the cancel option for the class you can’t attend.  

View classes/sessions for the upcoming week:

  1. This option is available on our website on the Hours and Schedules page.
  2. Select the Group Fitness schedule link
  3. Find Download Weekly PDF Schedule – top of the page 
  4. First choose an option from the “Select Location” box and then select a category. 
  5. Then select “Create Weekly PDF” – this will be the teal box to the far right (under “Login to Make Reservations”) 
  6. It will take a few seconds for a “report pdf” to pop up. You can click on this link to see all upcoming classes for the next week. 

Virtual Group Fitness Access


No reservations are required but you will need to sign in using your Virtual J (Salesforce) email and password.
