Justin Dominick
Senior Fitness Director
Justin Dominick is the J’s new Senior Fitness Director and will oversee the Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC Fitness Center and the Weinberg Park Heights JCC Fitness Center. Justin comes to the J from the corporate wellness side of the fitness industry, where he served as a Program Manager, overseeing the employee health and wellness programs for a local Baltimore County company. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University and has worked in various roles within the fitness industry for the last 13 years. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has been married for 3 years and he and his wife have a 4 month old daughter named Emerson.
Denard Smith
Fitness Supervisor and Personal Training Coordinator, Park Heights JCC
Denard joined the J’s Fitness Center Staff in June of 2008. Denard supervises the Weinberg Park Heights JCC’s Fitness Center, fitness center staff and personal trainers, and manages the Center’s operations. A Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a Concentration in Recreation and Parks Management, Denard also holds his AFAA and ISSA Personal Trainer certifications. Denard’s hobbies include “anything involving sports — the more physical, the better.” A semi-professional football player since 2004, Denard loves cinema, playing video games, and being with family and friends.

Chana Selig
CE Certified Personal Trainer; Associates Degree in Health and Fitness from CCBC; B.S. in Exercise Science from Towson University
Currently an exercise and physical education teacher, Chana is also a yoga and group fitness practitioner, who specializes in working with children and adolescents.

Senior Fitness Coordinator/Personal Training: Certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Personal Trainer, NCCPT Certified Weight Management Specialist, Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor
Specializes in working with men and women over 40, physique competitors, and injury rehabilitation.

Avi Finkelstein
AFAA-Personal Trainer (pending)
Teaches and runs sports clinics, coaches Table Tennis and children’s basketball.

Michelle Mannes Mandell
NSPA Personal Trainer, CPR Certified Weight Management Specialist
Experience in training Spinal Stabilization and PNF Stretching. Expertise on core and balance and how it relates to functional training.

Jackie Foreman
AFAA Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor, Exercise Nutrition and Life Coaching, and Les Mills Instructor
Experience in teaching pelvic floor exercises, BodyPump, BodyVive, BodyFlow, Sh’Bam Pilates, Barre, Bender Barre and Core, and Kettle Bells.
