The Gordon Center is committed to accessible productions
We welcome participants of ALL abilities.
If you need any accommodations, including an oral or sign language interpreter, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the performance.
For Patrons with Mobility Concerns
The Gordon Center is ADA compliant, offering an easy sloping ramp into the lobby and theater. There is step-free seating on the main floor of the theater for persons unable to use steps. Accessible seating is available for all performances. These spaces are specifically designed for people who are in wheelchairs and their companions. These seats are limited so please specify handicapped seats when purchasing tickets. For general admission shows, please arrive early. We offer early seating for patrons with mobility concerns.
For Patrons Who Are Hard of Hearing
The Gordon Center offers assistive listening devices for every show. The Gordon provides Williams Sound FM receivers, earloops, and neckloops for T-coil hearing aids. The devices can be picked up at the Ticket Sales Office prior to a performance at no cost. A photo ID or credit card will be required and held at the Ticket Sales Office while the device is being used.
Live-captioning for events is available through Maryland Relay Service. Learn More ->
If you have questions about accessibility please contact Marilyn Zvili at mzvili@jcc.org or 410.559.3510.
