J Fitness Center Rules
- Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to use any Fitness Center equipment.
- Youth members ages 9-11 may use cardio equipment under the direct supervision of a parent upon completion of a Fitness Floor Ready Workout.
- Youth (ages 9-11) and parent must stay within five feet of each other at all times while inside the fitness center to ensure member safety.
- Teen members (ages 12-15) may use all cardio and resistance and plate loaded equipment unsupervised upon the completion of three Jr. Weight Training sessions. Barbells, dumbbells and cable equipment cannot be utilized until a member is at least 16 years of age.
- To ensure that each member’s experience is as safe as possible, all youth who use our Fitness Center must comply with all fitness center rules including requests from staff.
