Frequently Asked Questions

What time does the program start?
The timing of the program depends on the setting of the sun.

What is your pet policy?
At this time, only service animals are allowed. No personal pets or emotional support animals.

Can I bring outside food?
YES! We have a concession stand with delicious treats, and we recognize you might want to bring a picnic or eat something more substantial than we are offering at this time. Please do not bring glass or an open flame of any kind.

Do you have a Lost & Found?
Yes, call: 410-559-3500

How do you determine age appropriateness?
The MPAA film rating system provides parents with the information needed to determine if a film is appropriate for their children. We strictly enforce the film rating system. If an “R” rated movie is anywhere in our line-up, no one under 17 will be admitted without a parent or adult legal guardian. For more info visit: FilmRatings.com. Please note that many foreign films do not have MPAA ratings. Parents should use their discretion to determine appropriateness.

Do you open if it’s raining?
We are open rain or shine.  If the weather is unsafe (continuous thunder and lighting or a hurricane warning), please call the Gordon Box Office: 410.356.SHOW.

Do you offer group pricing or discount tickets?
Yes, please see the ticketing page, or contact Marilyn Zvili at mzvili@jcc.org.

Yes, up to 15 minutes after the screening starts.
