About the Film
Simon and Helene Sandberg sell their basement to a well-mannered and seemingly normal former history teacher, Fonciz. But when he takes up residence, they discover his secret life as an anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist. As the couple struggles to rescind the sale, Fonciz befriends their teenage daughter, turning their world upside down.
