International Guitar Night XXII

Returning to the Gordon stage with a new lineup of talented fresh faces from around the world, the 22nd edition of this acclaimed touring festival features contemporary classical guitarist Stephanie Jones of Australia, modern fingerstyle guitarist Alexandr Misko of Russia, Italian jazz guitarist and vocalist Eleonora Strino, alongside guest host, Lulo Reinhardt of Germany. Enjoy an evening highlighting the dexterity and diversity within the world of acoustic guitar, as these cosmopolitan luminaries pair contemporary hits with classical, jazz, Latin swing, and gypsy jazz stylings.

About the Artists

Stephanie Jones is an award winning soloist and chamber musician, currently based in Germany. She has performed extensively around the world, and has three solo albums under her belt: Open Sky (2020), Colours of Spain (2015), and Bach, the Fly, and the Microphone (2009). Stephanie is a member of the renowned Weimar Guitar Quartet, that released their debut album in 2019. Stephanie is passionate about sharing her music with others and is recognized as an innovative artist. More at stephaniejonesguitar.com

Alexandr Misko is a young musician, composer and arranger from Russia. His videos have brought him an audience in the hundreds of millions. He started playing the instrument at the age of 12 doing classical guitar for 3 years. After becoming acquainted with modern “fingerstyle” on the Internet, he began to learn on his own. He has released 3 original albums since 2016, the latest of which is 2019’s Roundtrip. More at alexandrmisko.com

Growing up in a house full of creative energy, Eleonora Strino has been in love with music since childhood. Listening to Jim Hall & Bill Evans play together inspired Strino to pursue jazz guitar. Eleonora is a prize-winning arranger and composer who is in the midst of putting out her first solo album as a songwriter, featuring her guitar and voice. More at eleonorastrino.com

Lulo Reinhardt, coming from the famous Reinhardt family, is a descendant in the long line of skilled and successful Sinti musicians, including Django Reinhardt. Returning to the IGN tour as guest host, Lulo always delights audiences with his passionate performances in Latin swing and gypsy jazz guitar. More at lulo-reinhardt-project.de
