Gordon Season Opening Night!

Best known for his 1971 hit song "American Pie,” an 8.5-minute folk rock anthem about the loss of innocence of the early rock and roll generation, American singer-songwriter Don McLean developed an interest in all forms of music at an early age, spending hours listening to the radio and his father’s records.

Also renown for classic hits such as “Vincent,” “And I Love You So,” and “Mountains of Mourne,” Don’s transition to international stardom began with the release of “American Pie.”  Three decades later, “American Pie” was voted number five in a poll of the 365 “Songs of the Century” compiled by the Recording Industry Association of America and the National Endowment for the Arts. In 2004, Don was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Show starts 8:00pm with surprise opening act.

Please note that dancing is permitted at your seat and near the stage.
