A virtual discussion with Deepak Chopra in conversation with guest host Nadia Bilchik, CNN Editorial Producer, on the book, Total Meditation: Practices In Living the Awakened Life, a complete exploration on meditation and a complete reinterpretation of the physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual benefits that the practice can bring.

Dr. Chopra will also be leading a short meditation.

About the Author
