The Gordon Center, also known as The Peggy and Yale Gordon Center for Performing Arts, is a professional, state-of-the-art entertainment venue that showcases amazing and eclectic performances. Located on the campus of the Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC, the Gordon is the premier performing arts center in Baltimore County.

LGBTQIA+ Chanukah Party and Film Discussion

December 15, 2020

Join together with Bolton Street Synagogue and members of the LGBTQIA+ community for a virtual Chanukah celebration. The centerpiece of the evening is a discussion of the film, Trembling Before G-d, with the film’s director, Sandi DuBowski, and people profiled in the film, moderated by Idit Klein, President and CEO of Keshet. The event will kick-off with a festive holiday candle lighting and joyous Chanukah tunes. BYOM – Bring Your Own Menorah so you can join in! 

Jewish LGBT Film Series presented by Beth Am Synagogue

This virtual film series showcases a monthly themed selection of art-house features and popular titles promoting Jewish LGBT advocacy, followed by a community conversation or director's talk-back. As a congregation with inter-faith, interreligious, and LGBT congregants, Beth Am has a history of offering discussions that offer a calm, understanding, and reinvigorated route to spark Jewish engagement.
