About the artists:
Israeli-American cellist Amit Peled is acclaimed as one of the most exciting and virtuosic instrumentalists on the concert stage today. Having performed in many of the world’s most prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall at the Lincoln Center in New York, and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C., Peled has released over a dozen recordings on the Naxos, Centaur, Delos, and CTM Classics labels. Peled is a professor at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University where he has taught since 2003. More at amitpeled.com.

Consistently in demand throughout the U.S., Polish-American concert pianist Solomon Eichner has performed in England, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria, and has won multiple international competitions including the Liszt-Garrison International Competition, and the GoldenKey Carnegie Hall Debut Competition. Originally from Baltimore, Solomon graduated from the Manhattan School of Music and Peabody Conservatory, and currently maintains a faculty position for the North Carolina Chamber Music Institute.
