Diller Teen Fellows Program Associate – 4Front Baltimore

Overview

The Diller Teen Fellows program (The Program) was established in 1997 by the Helen Diller Family Foundation, a supporting foundation of the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund. Since then, the program has expanded to include 32 participating communities across the US, Canada, South Africa, Australia, South America, Europe and Israel. The program is sponsored by the Helen Diller Family Foundation, The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, and the JCC of Greater Baltimore.

The Program, housed at 4Front Baltimore, a gathering place and open channel for Baltimore’s Jewish teens and the adults that care about them, focuses primarily on 11th grade teens. 4Front Baltimore is one of the ten communities participating in the national Jewish Teen Education and Engagement Funder Collaborative in partnership with the Jim Joseph Foundation.

The Program spearheads the development of Jewish youth leaders with the goal of creating a global network of teens, who will fulfill an active and effective leadership role in creating a better world. The Program relies on a honed community-focused approach involving partnerships, talented teen professionals, leadership and dedicated volunteers.
