Babysitting

BABYSITTING WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY AT OUR PARK HEIGHTS LOCATION STARTING MAY 15, 2022.

J Play

Ages 3 months to 5 years
You can have piece-of-mind when you work out at the J knowing that your children will be safe, nurtured and entertained in our fully-equipped babysitting rooms. We offer these services for up to 2 hours per visit at a very reasonable rate.

Fees and Reservations

  • Payment by coupon; available for purchase at the PH JCC Front Desk
  • One session (up to 2 hours): $8/child
  • 10 session coupon card: $60 (good for 3 months)
  • 24-hour advance reservations required; Drop-ins will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved spaces taking priority
    Note: If you purchased a card before the pandemic and have unused sessions left, you may apply the remaining value at $6/session. For more information contact lkurcfeld@jcc.org. 

Reservations are Recommended

To use babysitting services, we encourage everyone to make a reservation a day in advance. Only those children with advance registration will be guaranteed a spot in babysitting. Parents who do not have a reservation must call during babysitting hours to see if a space is available for their child. All others will only be accepted on a first-come first serve basis.

Please leave the following information when you call 410.500.5934 for a reservation:

  • Your name, your child's name, and your child’s age.
  • The date and time you need babysitting.
  • How long you expect your child to be in babysitting.
  • Your phone number so we can reach you if needed.
