Kids Activities - Park Heights

The JCC offers a warm and safe place for children in grades K-5 to spread their wings and explore. We provide family programs, arts & fitness classes, and special programming for children during the summer and on Sunday mornings during the school year.

CSA: Comprehensive Survival Arts

For over twenty-four years, the JCC has offered world- class Martial Arts training programs through its partner Martial Arts and Wellness School, Comprehensive Survival Arts (CSA). Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, T'ai Chi, Kickboxing, Self Defense, MMA, and more. From Little Tigers (ages 3-5) to adults – through classes, camps, and tournaments – certified Black Belt CSA instructors teach individuals how to properly stand, block, kick, and strike – critical to the practice of self-defense.
