Looking for a Class Schedule?
 
 
Whether you’re a recreational exerciser or fitness fanatic, the Baltimore JCC is well-equipped to suit your needs. We offer an extensive selection of facilities and programs, and a highly trained staff to help you meet your goals.
 
Improve your cardiovascular health and muscle tone in one of our state-of-the-art fitness centers; walk or run on our indoor track; work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer; or join your friends in a cutting-edge Group Fitness or Dance class. We have programs designed just for seniors as well as children and teens. 
 
Have a little one at home? Bring them with you. We provide daily Babysitting services for a nominal fee.
 
Got a sore muscle and can’t work out? Let our certified massage therapists help get you back on the road to recovery.

sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds
flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and
calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured
series of stretches, moves and poses to music create
a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.

SPACE IS LIMITED. Members should pre-register to guarantee their spot. Non-members MUST preregister.
