Fitness Classes for Youth & Teens
Ages 7-11. You'll forget you're working out with these fun but simple moves including, Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience.
Kids Fitness Boxing
Ages 8-12. Your child will have an absolute amazing time learning basic boxing fundamentals and getting in shape. They will also take home lessons of showing respect and patience, avoiding conflicts, how to stay away from danger and bully prevention. Kids punch and pump to a new level of fitness!
Teen Mud Run Training
Obstacle Course Fitness- Burn calories, increase your endurance, coordination, balance and strength in this Functional movement training class which also provides the unique opportunity to test one's physical and mental fortitude. If you are thinking about competing in a Warrior Dash, Spartan Race or even Tough Mudder then gaining the ability to transition between running and lifting are paramount to success in any event, and the exercise circuits in this class are some of the best simulations in preparing you for this. Taught by Personal trainer Harrison Lessans, 2x completer of the World's Toughest Mudder, 2x Spartan World Championship finisher and 1x Fuego Y Agua Survival Run finisher, you know you are in the right hands. This obstacle course training class will challenge you with a different workout each week.
The Ultimate Frisbee Workout with Alek
Ages 13-17. Get lean and cut learning the training regimen of this unique sport and then actually play a game. This unique sport, explained as a combo of soccer and football and it's training regimen will help you shed serious pounds-a three part series training-Part one will focus on track workouts, part two will focus on adding plyometrics to your workouts, and part three will focus on weight training. Each session will conclude with game play time and practice.
Kids Power Boxing
Ages 8-12. Experience a complete body workout with a combination of boxing, weights, and core moves- punch and pump to a new level of fitness with Personal Trainer, and MMA Champion, Sina. New classes coming soon.
Teen Power Boxing
Ages 13-17. Experience a complete body workout with a combination of boxing, weights, and core moves punch and pump to a new level of fitness with Personal Trainer, and MMA Champion, Sina.
Jr. Weight Training
Ages 12-15. Learn the ins and outs of how to work out with the Fitness Center equipment. Students who complete this course gain access to the Fitness Center without needing a guardian present during the Family/Teen workout times.
