Lay Advocates Network
This program is for adults who want to help teens. It will foster a culture of increased support for teen engagement among the community’s volunteer leaders such as parents, synagogue board members, youth committee chairs, etc. It will involve the annual training of a cohort of adult lay advocates who have interactions with teens or wish to represent their needs to the Jewish community. Over time, it will increase resources and opportunities for this demographic and foster greater integration of teens into Jewish communal life.
