Information and FAQ about our CampInTouch Registration System
We are transitioning to an online registration system, called CampInTouch, for most of our 2015 camps. The new system will allow you to register for most camps simultaneously, pay in full or pay a camp balance online. You will also be able to see your family’s registration history and make changes as necessary.
The following JCC Camps will be on available on CampInTouch for Summer 2015:
• Milldale Day Camp
• Milldale Visual Arts Camp
• Milldale LIT Program
• Maccabi Sports Camp
• Tennis Camps
• Aquatics Camps
• Habimah Performing Arts Camp
• Machon: The JCC Camps’ Leadership Training Program - NEW for Summer 2015
• Lego Camp
All other camps will be available with a paper application, including TNT, Camp Koolanu, Noah’s Ark and KLAL. For CSA camp visit www.csakarate.com
How do I begin?

You will be asked to enter your parent/guardian information first – camper information fields will come later as you proceed to the application process. Please note: All fields underlined in RED are REQUIRED information.
It states that I already have an account set up. What do I do now?
Some of our families have already been entered into the system. If you received this message in a pop-up screen, “Hi _____, Did you know that you already have an account with us? You may have an account from a previous season, an online information request, or if you were referred to us by another family. If you know your password, type it below. If you do not know it, we can email a reset account invitation.”
Please click “email a reset account invitation.” The system will then email you a link for you to set your security questions and password for the account. Please note: This link may be sent to your Spam/Junk mail & will expire 1 hour after receipt. If this happens then…request another account invitation by following the above link again.
What happens next?
You will be directed to the Camper Application page, where you can complete the information about your first camper in the system. You will have the opportunity to complete applications for other campers later in the process. Simply follow the prompts and navigate through the pages of the application. At this time, the only option available is JCC Camps 2015, where you will be able to hold your camper’s spot for next summer and receive 2014 pricing and discounts.
