Ages 16+ Personal Trainer Harold Harris mixes different types of cardio to keep your muscles shocked and your metabolism working in high gear.

Holiday Slim-Down Challenge
Ages 16+ Eight weeks of small group training as teams compete to lose weight. Weight loss will be scored (scoring based on the percentage of body weight lost rather than on the number of pounds). Weight loss challenge includes: 1 Small Group Personal training session each week, weekly weigh-ins, weekly action plans, food diary journaling, motivational hand-outs and emails, nutritional tips, prizes for all.

Circuit Express
Ages 60+ Trim, tone, and build bone with a fitness walk on our indoor track, then head to the fitness center for bone-loading exercises.

Sit and Be Fit
Ages 60+ Chair exercises are a gentle way for seniors to build muscle strength and stay flexible. These simple slow-moving exercises can also improve balance, increase metabolism, relieve pain and improve mental alertness.





HIIT Treadmill
Ages 16+ Introduce your body to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the treadmill to improve your race times, learn proper running techniques, and get inspired.

Partner Circuit
Ages 16+ The Partner Circuit workout is designed to have you working hard and having fun with a friend. Cardio, weight, and body weight intervals all done using your partner as part of your exercise.

Core and Pelvic Floor
Women Ages 18+ Has childbirth wrecked your core? Do laughing, sneezing and jumping present a challenge? Learn exercises that will strengthen and define your core muscles. Gain balance and overall strength by focusing on your core.

Strength Balance & Flexibility
Ages 60+ Fitness programming designed for the older adult. Focus on strength training for bone strength, balance and flexibility. Upon completion you will have a workout to follow on your own or continue to meet with your group!
