New to the JCC and/or working out?
Welcome to the JCC’s fitness center! You’ll receive a free Personal Training Session in the fitness center at the JCC. Our professionally trained staff will help you learn how to use our weight equipment. We’ll make sure you understand which body part is targeted and how often you should use the equipment. If you are already a seasoned exerciser and know the equipment well, then you can choose the workout you would like to do for that free session and our trainers will be happy to oblige. Please arrange your session when you become a member or call the Fitness Center to arrange the session. We will also familiarize you with all of the other amenities we offer through our fitness department such as group fitness classes, youth and teen fitness and personal training. Our staff will be happy to serve as your ambassadors to the JCC.
Group Fitness Classes
The JCC's Group Fitness program is a great way to exercise and have a lot of fun. Our instructors are some of the area's best! They are nationally certified having completed training programs which prepare them to motivate you to do more than you could ever do alone.
• Strength classes including BODYPUMP™ and Barre Sculpt
• Cardiovascular classes including ZUMBA®, SH'BAM™, BODYSTEP™, BODYATTACK™, and BODYCOMBAT™.
• Yoga, Pilates and BODYFLOW™
• Classes for Beginners and Older Adults Group Fitness is FREE to our members.
