With Small Group Training, you get a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost you would pay for your own trainer. This knowledgeable fitness professional will still provide personal attention and all the opportunities you need to succeed.
Your trainer will challenge and support you and your fellow participants. And because your group is small they are able to offer corrections for each individual and provide adjustments for individual physical issues, ensuring a safe and beneficial workout for all.
