Overview

The J’s trained and certified group fitness instructors are experts in creating an experience that will encourage you to kick it up a notch, all while keeping a smile on your face. The group classes offer a social, supportive and motivational atmosphere, no matter your fitness level or experience.

Register for Group Fitness Classes

For in-person classes, reservations are required to ensure ample space for each participant. Registration opens on Sundays prior to the following Monday thru Sunday schedule.

In-Person and Virtual Options

Owings Mills
Classes are held in our Group Fitness Studio, Dance Studio, CSA and Cycling Studio.

Park Heights
Classes are held in our Group Fitness Studio, NRG Studio, Studio One and Cycling Studio.

Outdoor group fitness classes are available May thru October. Classes will move indoors during inclement weather.

Park Heights
Classes are held Monday-Thursday evenings on our rooftop court.

Live-streamed and pre-recorded virtual classes are available exclusively to members on our password protected portal. No reservations required!
