Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart, blood cells and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscle tissues and the ability of the muscles to use oxygen to produce energy for movement. This aerobic exercise can also:
- Reduce body fat and decrease total cholesterol
- Boost mood
- Lower resting heart rate and improve heart and lung function.

Born to Move™ These fun, age-appropriate classes comprise a series of movement activities that enhance agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility and speed while encouraging a life-long love of fitness. Owings Mills: this is a free coed class for ages 6-7 & 8-12. Park Heights: this is a female-only class for ages 8-12 that is free for members and fee-based for guests. Registration required. Kids Zumba You'll forget you're working out with these fun but simple moves including, Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience! Owings Mills: this is a coed fee-based class for ages 7-11. Register Online

Cycling Build endurance and cardiovascular fitness as your instructor takes you on a ride on stationary bicycles.
INSANITY Features long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. This kind of interval training will get you into the best shape of your life!
ZUMBA® A fun and easy workout combining Latin and International dances. High energy so you can dance away your worries.
ZUMBA Toning The original ZUMBA with the addition of light weights for muscle conditioning.
J-Jam Cardio Dance An energetic and expressive cardio-dance class. It is a 50 minute workout of pure funky, jazz, latin (zumba-like), and lyrical moves. There are high intensity options and low intensity options. If the class is taken regularly, it is designed to gradually increase your cardio strength and endurance. J-Jam will only use Jewish music or dance music that has kosher lyrics. The main objective is to get your body moving, get your energy up, and to have fun. Park Heights: Female-only, fee-based class. M3 Power Circuit - Find a partner and come let Michele Mannes-Mandel put you through a workout that will no doubt increase your rate of doing work. This circuit workout is designed to have you working hard and having fun with a friend. Cardio via cycle-bikes, weights, and body weight intervals all done using your partner as part of your support system and Michele as your spark to finish. What else could you ask for!
