J Day Jr. offers a perfect transition for younger campers who are moving between preschool camp and our J Day program. Our junior campers will enjoy expanded opportunities for learning and fun with our J Day specialists. Bunked in the familiar setting of our early childhood wing, our youngest campers will receive the excitement of “big kid” camp, while offered a slower paced day to meet them at their level.

At the J, we believe that today’s campers need the time to just be kids, play and have fun. We cherish our campers and we challenge them to discover and grow through our intentional, outcomes-based programs.
Whether perfecting the front crawl or backstroke in our Red Cross Swim program, hitting the target in archery, learning new soccer skills, creating an arts & crafts masterpiece, singing silly camp songs, exploring hiking trails or soaring across the lake on a zip line, our campers are engaged and encouraged to do the very best that they can.
