March's Open Mic Night featured artist is Cecilia Grace.  Sisters Cecilia (19) and Tessa (15) write and arrange their own songs and have been mesmerizing audiences wherever they go. They began churning out harmonies just for fun since they were pre-teens, inspired by Wilson-Phillips, Aly and AJ, the Jonas Brothers, Broadway musicals, and Church hymns. They gathered tens of thousands of fans around the globe via their YouTube channels. They are both versatile vocalists — able to tackle pop, theatre, rock, jazz, blues, country, and even rap. But their Cecilia Grace repertoire consists of original pop and covers from different genres, each one of which they grace with their own extraordinary style.

Lead singer, Cecilia Grace, was Fox 45's 2012 Baltimore Idol winner. Her remarkable vocal quality has been described as, at once, sweet and raw and in perfect pitch. Tessa’s high soprano, bluesy quality makes for breathtaking harmony as she rocks out on the acoustic guitar or keyboards. Since graduating from their teeny-bopper music hobby, they have taken their show around Maryland, Florida, Boston, and Nashville as a duo for the last 2 years. Yet Cecilia Grace performs with the tight professionalism and stage presence that some bands can only dream about creating.
