Children's Theater Production Company

Grades 1-8 | Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC

About the Children’s Theater Production Company
This program is designed to develop imagination, concentration, character, professionalism, and technique, and to strengthen the participant’s command of his/her body and voice. Children find a dynamic experience whether they are beginners exploring acting for the first time, or more seasoned actors looking to gain experience from trained professionals.

Broadway Bootcamp Grades 1-8

Children will refine their musical theater talents with customized coaching from industry professionals to prepare for their next production. The students will work with the J’s Children’s Theatre Production Company Program Director, Kristi Schaffner and other CTPC faculty on vocalization methods, expanding their acting range, picking up and executing choreography and polishing their audition techniques all while receiving specialized feedback and tips, children will be welcomed into a community enriched by values and grouped and challenged as individuals based on their developmental readiness and current abilities. The program starts with our mainstage spring production reveal and culminates in a closed audition for the show! Space is limited.

Eligibility: This program is open to participants in 1st-8th grade with an interest in the performing arts. All levels of experience are welcome; the program is designed to challenge each performer individually.
