Studies have shown that adults who exercise and stay active will live longer healthier lives.
At the JCC we offer over a dozen fitness classes designed specifically for older adults. More physically active seniors might enjoy Body Rock, Forever Fit, Circuit Express/Walking and Advanced Tai Chi.
If you are moderately active and want to improve you muscle tone and cardiovascular health we recommend one of our many Mind/Body classes like Yoga, Tai Chi and Balance Exercise or our cardio and strength classes like Fit for Life, Seniors in Motion, and several others.
Many of these fitness classes for seniors are free and open to members only. Others are very reasonably priced and open to non-members as well.
