The JCC’s Group Fitness program is a great way to exercise and have a lot of fun. Our instructors are some of the area’s best! They are nationally certified – having completed training programs which prepare them to motivate you to do more than you could ever do alone.

STRENGTH & TONING CLASSES
BODYPUMP™
The original barbell class that challenges all your major muscle groups by using squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Fit Mix
Total body strengthening using balls, bands, weights and barbells,
and more.
Barre Sculpt Fusion
A mix of body sculpting with flexibility, strength training and balance. This workout combines isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, and the intense pace of interval training.
CARDIOVASCULAR CLASSES
BODYSTEP™
Use a height-adjustable platform and simple movements on, over, and around the step. Cardiovascular blocks are followed by body-weight muscle conditioning to shape and tone your body.
Cardio Core
A total-body workout focusing on strengthening your core. Includes high and low intensity cardiovascular intervals using the Resist-a-ball.
Cardio Fit N’ Funky
A high-energy dance class set to the latest dance tunes!
Cardio Blast
A fun fitness class that gets you moving to the beat! 40 minutes of cardio followed by core strengthening, abdominal training, and a great stretch.
Cardio Kickboxing
A combination of boxing and martial arts to the beat of dance-club music. The moves are worked into swiftly executed combinations.
Schwinn® Indoor Cycling
Build endurance and cardiovascular fitness as your instructor takes you on a ride on stationary bicycles.
Step
Easy to follow choreography on a height-adjustable platform.
TurboKICK® Cardio Kickboxing
The club version of the popular Turbo Jam™ workout! The ultimate cardio party combining shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, and simple dance moves with great music.
ZUMBA®
A fun and easy-to-do, high-energy workout combining Latin and International dance. A BASICS class will help you learn the dance moves and sequences. A GOLD class is designed for beginners and active older adults.
YOGA & PILATES CLASSES*
Yoga
Yoga blends postures with breathing exercises and meditation. It is a practice cultivating strength, flexibility and balance.
Power Yoga
A style of yoga that focuses on breath, posture, muscular endurance and strength in a more vigorous fashion. Power Yoga is for athletes and designed with the athletic body in mind.
Restorative Yoga
Supported, gentle yoga. Postures are assisted using blankets, blocks, and straps. You will stretch and restore your base-line flexibility. Perfect for beginners and people with very tight muscles.
Mat Pilates
A mind and body exercise designed to lengthen and tone the entire body. Pilates focuses on the core muscles creating flat abs and a strong back. It will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility.
*Please bring your own sticky mat for Yoga and Pilates classes. Although we have a limited number of sticky mats for member use, we don’t recommend sharing mats.
FOR BEGINNERS & OLDER ADULTS
Circuit Xpress
Perfect for beginners that want to use the equipment in the Fitness Center. It includes strength intervals with cardio between each body part sequence.
Fit For Life/SeniorFit
